Railway fastener manufacturers tell you that bolts are connecting parts of steel structures. According to the bearing capacity, they can be divided into two types: ordinary bolts and high-strength bolts. The following will introduce the precautions in the construction of steel structure bolts.  

 
1. For dynamic loads or bolted connections of important parts, spring washers should be placed according to the design requirements, and the spring washers must be set on the nut side.   
2. The installation of high-strength bolts should be able to penetrate the holes freely, and forced penetration is strictly prohibited. The railway fastener manufacturer tells you that the hole diameter of the high-strength bolt-connected steel plate is slightly larger than the bolt diameter, and must be formed by drilling.   
3. Railway fastener manufacturers tell you that high-strength bolt regular connection forms are usually divided into friction connection, tension connection and pressure connection. Among them, friction connection is the basic connection form widely used at present.   
4. The installation sequence of high-strength bolts: it should be carried out from the part with high rigidity to the unconstrained free end. For high-strength bolts on a joint, the initial tightening, retightening, and final tightening should start from the middle of the bolt group and expand to the surroundings one by one. Each tightening should be marked with different colors of paint to prevent leakage. The railway fastener manufacturer tells you that the initial tightening, retightening, and final tightening of high-strength bolts in the same joint should be completed within 24 hours. If there is no specified design, it should be carried out according to the construction process sequence of fastening high-strength bolts first and then welding (that is, first bolting and then welding).
